SERVEI sponsors and collaborates with lifting platforms in popular sports initiatives.

The fourth edition of the JUFRÉ RIUPRIMER Cycle Tour took place on Sunday, May 29, 2016 in Santa Eulàlia de Riuprimer (Osona), the village where the professional cyclist Josep Jufré was born and trained. He himself has been responsible for designing the course, with the collaboration of the VIC ETB Swimming Club and the town councils of Santa Eulàlia de Riuprimer and Vic.

The objective of the March is to enjoy a morning in an exceptional environment for the practice of this sport, circulating mainly by secondary roads, where the high of La Trona stands out, usual section of the Tour of Catalonia, the Catalan Week, the Chronoescalada of the Tour of Osona, or the well-known Catalonia Rally Costa Brava.

This is a non-competitive cycling tour. You can choose between a long route, with a distance of 156 km and an accumulated difference in altitude of 2,457 meters; and a short route, with a distance of 103 km and an accumulated difference in altitude of 1,600 meters.

The march is part of the three calendars of the Catalan Cycling Federation.

In SERVEI we like to collaborate with sporting events like this, for its popular character and close to the territory in which we work, with sponsorships and occasional contributions of machinery to meet logistical needs of the event. In this case we supplied a scissor lift platform with diesel engine, from our rental fleet model GENIE GS-2669-RT.

We are preparing the new delegation of SERVEI S.A. in Vic, where we will bring our activity of renting and rental of forklifts and aerial work platforms (MEWPs) to all users in the area. We foresee an imminent opening and to be fully operational in a few weeks.
